Plastic bags wanted!

While having a walk and contemplating all the things wrong in the world I saw this sign!

I can’t recycle plastic bags in my neighbourhood but maybe I can donate them for a good cause. The community centre was closed then but I will pop in next time and maybe take a bag of bags with me.
